We have been trained and Certified as
Certified Building Science Thermographers, CBST,
which means that we are qualified to
perform analyses’ of any structure with
a thermal imaging camera to determine
building heat loss, water intrusion
issues, roof leaks of commercial
structures or active plumbing leaks.
Our owner has been certified as a
Certified Commercial Building Inspector, CBI,
by the prestigious engineering firm of
Carson and Dunlop, from Toronto, Canada
and world renowned since 1978.
As
Certified Mold inspectors, CMI, we can
collect air and bulk samples for
analysis by a professional laboratory
and to ascertain if unusual toxic or
allergenic mold conditions exist in any
property.
